Shipping policy

We offer fast and reliable shipping within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@djaynacosmetics.com

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Djayna Cosmetics is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Additional fees for reshipping returned packages

If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Djayna Cosmetics is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit.


International Shipping 

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.


Pre‑Orders

If your order contains a pre‑order item, your entire order will ship once all items are available. If you want items shipped separately, please place two separate orders.
